We recently produced this little 'making of' for Garnier's new commercial, 'The Great British Downpour' and rain it did...it's the only time we've ever seen a rain machine out-rained!
The crew did an amazing job making the heavy rain seem like a light summer shower and a blustery winter's evening seem like high summer.
Edie and the Aliens has been selected for this years BAFTA recognised London Short Film Festival. All being well it'll be screening in January as part of the 'Made for £500 or less' category. Very grateful to the team at LSFF for picking our little short
The good old Portobello Film Festival has picked Edie and the Aliens to screen as part of this years programme. We love Portobello film festival as they have always been the first festival to screen our short films. Lets hope it leads to the same success as Wild!
Just out on Toyota Europe's Youtube channel, I spent most of April editing this film for Toyota. Working with Saatchi&Saatchi's digital agency, Outside Line, I was presented with the challenge of whittling an exuberant and energetic performance by a wonderful child actor into less than three minutes. Why three minutes? Apparently thats the average attention span of people watching YouTube content...well they are missing out!

During the shoot editor-in-chief Dan Bignold interviewed Marian to discover how he sets about adding those finishing touches to his cocktails that have made his bar, Nightjar, such a popular destination for London's more discerning drinker.
Drink Magazine is bringing the very best of western drinks culture to China and Marian is actively engaged in educating Chinese bartenders in the nuances of creating the very best cocktails.
