Businesses of Sussex

I've spent the last year filming around East Sussex, talking to businesses about why they have based themselves in this beautiful county. The breadth and depth of businesses operating out of the area was a revelation...who knew that the world's fastest camera - used to capture atomic level explosions - was developed by Photek in Hastings!

It's been a sizeable job - 18 businesses covered, 25 days of filming, 522 emails exchanged, 932 miles travelled, weeks of editing and motion graphics….but its all been very rewarding.

All the district and borough films can be seen here

Botham wines at Balfour winery.

Botham wines are launching a broad range of wines and spirits. Some of which will be available at Tesco. Others, such are their signature editions (one of which is a collaboration with the Balfour winery) will only be available via their website.

We were on hand to capture Ian as he went to the Balfour winery to discuss their collaboration with hospitality and wine entrepreneur, Richard Balfour-Lynn.

Pega and Lloyds TSB

Regular client, Pegasystems US commissioned us to set up and shoot a Q&A for their annual get together, Pega World.

With limited time, Raphael and Juan (pictured above), did a first class job getting through an in-depth Q&A session discussing Pega’s offering and how it integrates with Lloyds TSB. You can see the finished film here.

Camera and sound team were extremely professional adapting to last minute changes to location…blame the producer !

Mayor of London and YPAG

A really great project to work on….

We produced, directed, shot and edited a micro-documentary for the GLA’s social media channels. It followed the experience of a young Londoner who had recently passed through the GLA’s YPAG (Young People’s Action Group) program.

This is a scheme which aims to provide training, mentoring, grants etc to help young people at risk find direction and purpose.

Always love working with the Mayor of London’s comms team…a good opportunity to stretch ourselves creatively and tackle important subjects.
