We were given access to the Absolut distillery in Ahus, Sweden, where this world famous vodka has been produced for generations.
The distillery is now at the vanguard of Pernod’s push towards carbon neutrality and circular methods of production. Inspiring stuff and an impressive example of how detailed management of the production process, underpinned by a clear sustainability agenda delivers across a number of UN commitments.
